There is a growing wave of women in countries around the world who are preparing to enter the political process or public realm for the first time. They have been motivated by the success they see around them: women presidents, speakers of parliament, national and local officeholders, cabinet officials and political candidates. They ask themselves, “If these women can do it, why can’t I?”

As a WDN member, you will join a global network of remarkable women working across nations, regions and borders to empower women like yourself with the knowledge that “yes, you can do it too.” With membership, you will begin receiving direct information about our conferences, training workshops, local Country Chapter activities, subgrant program and mentoring and networking opportunities.
